Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the start of the Symposium are accepted with a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the Symposium. Refunds will not be issued to no-show attendees. Substitutions are allowed with a processing fee of $50. All cancellation notifications must be made in writing to [email protected]. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
