Why attend the 2025 Annual Meeting?
We are "Bringing it All Together" to show you how to connect cultural trends, marketing strategies, the latest technologies, the best techniques, and your own passion to create and sustain a thriving cosmetic surgery practice. Our 2025 annual meeting, Advanced Cosmetic Education Symposium (ACES) will offer enlightening keynote presentations, live patient demos, panel discussions on complications, and ground-breaking didactic sessions on the latest techniques and procedures in cosmetic surgery.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of AKH and the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. AKH is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Policies
Refunds, Minus an administrative fee of $150 for Physician registrations and $50 for Allied Health. Resident and Guest registrations will be issued on written cancellations received on or before September 15, 2025. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by CACS. All refunds will be processed 2-3 weeks after the meeting.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events or early departure. In the rare event of a meeting cancellation CACS is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant considering purchasing independent travel insurance.
Registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution, but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor.
Registration and attendance at or participation at ACES constitutes an agreement by the registrant to CACS's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes of such events activities.
Media
Media and press representatives wishing to attend the meeting MUST notify CACS communications staff in advance of the meeting to register, by emailing info. Press badges are available only to working press who can show evidence that their attendance results in coverage of the ACES in print, broadcast, or recognized internet media. CACS reserves the right to inspect the credentials of anyone registering as press. Working Press may not also register as exhibitors. To obtain a press badge, identification certifying that you are a working member of the print or broadcast news media and/or a letter stating that you are on assignment to cover CACS is required. Membership cards from communications or writers' organizations are not sufficient to establish eligibility. Press badges allow access to the exhibition hall. CACS reserves the right to restrict press attendance at any portion of the conference.
