The workshop, which is being offered by Dr. Michael P. Morrissette, will consist of a didactic presentation followed by 3 live surgeries. There will be a discussion of indications, markings, technique, and post-surgery protocol. Enrollees will be allowed access for direct visualization of the surgeries.
