Dr. Mark Berman practices cosmetic surgery and stem cell surgery in Beverly Hills. He started his work with adipose derived stromal vascular fraction (SVF rich in stem cells) in 2010. Together with Elliot Lander, they co-founded the California Stem Cell Treatment Center and then the Cell Surgical Network. They emphasize the importance of Personal Cell Therapy in regenerative medicine. They have written and published several regenerative medicine articles including the largest safety study that includes IV infusion (March 2017) and have several others (knees – 2,586 patients; interstitial cystitis, Ommaya reservoir, concussion studies, etc.) in print. There are over 100 CSN affiliate offices in the US and many more worldwide. He was the 2010 President of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He’s a clinical instructor at the University of Southern California. The Academy of Regenerative Practices named him #3 of the top 10 stem cell innovators.
