Dr. Michael Rossi, MD., is a true artist in the field of cosmetic plastic surgery. Dr. Rossi attended the University of Illinois. He remained in his home state to pursue his medical education followed by six years of general surgery training at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and the University of Illinois Chicago MGH, respectively.  After completion of general surgery training, Dr. Rossi followed his passion and completed an additional plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas, obtaining world class training and tutelage at multiple renowned institutions (MD Anderson Cancer Center, Memorial Hermann Medical Center, and St. Joseph’s Medical Center). Dr. Rossi currently practices in San Diego, CA., and is a partner at Changes Plastic Surgery & Spa.
