Dr. Salvador Renteria III graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993. He did his General Surgery Residency in Ohio and a Cardiothoracic Surgical Residency in New Jersey. He spent 37 years in the US Army retiring in 2014. He then entered a full body cosmetic surgery fellowship which he completed in 2016. He is the former president of the Association of Military Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, 2013-2014 and the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons 2020-2022. He was just selected one of the best Doctors in California and will be featured in their magazine soon. On December 9, 2023 at the 11th Annual "Spirit of Veterans Day", Dr. Salvador Renteria was presented the Special Achievement Award by Richard E. Linares, Past VFW District 17 Commander, Dr. Renteria was honored for his service as a U.S. Cardiac Surgeon with a record number of multiple deployments.
