Dr. Walter Tom, a Past President of the CACS is a cosmetic surgeon with offices in Santa Rosa and Napa, CA as well as Maui, HI. He is a proud diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and Fellow of the AACS. His previous core specialty was that of general, vascular and organ transplant surgery. He specializes in cosmetic breast and body surgery under tumescent anesthesia along with facial fat grafting and advanced biostimulatory treatments.
